FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT CAN YOU ENGRAVE ON?

• We specialize in engraving on wood, acrylic, paper, leather, rubber, and glass.
• We can cut through up to 1/4in thick acrylic and 1/2in thick wood.
• We can custom cut any shape out of wood, acrylic, and paper.
• We can laser mark on metal leaving a black marking or remove anodize/powder coat. 
• We cannot cut or engrave into metal. 

DO YOU HAVE SET UP FEES?

No. Depending on project - sample fees are normally $20 and will then be put towards your final order when placed.  
 

MInimum Quantities?

None. We work with artists creating one off pieces alongside businesses needing high volume orders. 

Rush Orders?

Yes, we are capable of quick turn arounds. Rush fees are added in accordance to project size. 

Standard turn around time is 2 weeks. Please specify in email projects due date. 
 

Can I pick up my order directly?

Yes. Our studio is located in Porter Ranch, CA.

CAN YOU HELP ME SOURCE THIS?

We supply a various assortment of materials but are capable of sourcing anything your project calls for if you are looking for a specific item that you want engraved.

*We are also able to engrave on anything you have sourced yourself and want to send our way.

What fILES SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK AS?

Adobe Illustrator/Vector files are preferred and will create the cleanest results. We can also work with photoshop files, .eps files, and high resolution .jpg's.
 

Can you help me design my logo/project?

Yes, we are qualified graphic designers and are capable of bringing your project to life. If projects involve extensive amount of design - minimal design time cost is $25 per hour.
